agencies. It can be also characterized

model is a combination of distribution
and services (sale of products - benefit
of services). Certain examples of
mixed franchise are the cleaning services
and simultaneously sale of products
of cleaning or sale of cars and at
the same time repair and provide a
service for them.

Production - In this case
the franchisor gives to the franchisee
the right and the authorisation to
produce or remakes the products and
to sell or resell them using the logo,
the directives and methods of production
that the franchisee will be supposed
follows in order to exploits with
the more suitable way the authorisation
of use and the know-how that the franchisor
offers in the franchise model (ex.
alcoholic drinks, anthracitous drinks).
