1. It grants the franchisee the right of use their franchise model. Each model is certainly different in each occasion.
2. It helps the franchisee to become an active member of the system franchise providing the required technical support and know-how.
3. Providing with the products or raw material immediately.
4. Continuing support with advices in the sector of organisation, management and technology.

Franchisee

1. One time payment (entry fee) for the rights of using the franchise model.
2. Payment of percentage from the income of sales, if it is presented in the convention.
3. The promotion of sales with the suitable way, using his personal work.
4. The maintenance of network's prestige in which it constitutes member, the products must be the same in all shops and general, the characteristics of those shops must be also the same.
5. The franchisee must agree with the organisational standards of the Master Franchisee or Franchisor.
